Love for finer food and his deep understanding of the Asian cuisine, brought forth his desire to experiment food styles. Chef Ronald presents an array of Asian favourites in new interpretations influenced by his intensive training in the Le Cordon Bleu programme in Paris. He pays homage to these quirky styles by incorporating them in signature dishes such as Pan-seared Gnocchi with Beef Ragout, Kimchi Glazed Pork Ribs and Seasonal Lobster Fried Rice. His kitchen is famed for bringing together fresh produce and unique flavours to spruce up otherwise traditional meat dishes. A familiar name amongst popular chefs in Asia, Chef Ronald has served in admired places like The Four Seasons Hotel, Michelin Star restaurant Andre, KU DE TA, Salt Tapas & Bar and The White Rabbit.
